Matthew Staton “Matt” Bomer (born October 11, 1977) is an actor. He graduated from Klein High School, in Klein, TX, in 1996. An active student, he was voted Best Personality and featured in the Campus Who’s Who section in his senior yearbook. Bomer got his start acting in soap operas in 2000. His first steady prime time role was in the series Tru Calling, although he didn’t really start gaining nationwide recognition until his role in the series Chuck. He went on to star in White Collar from 2009 to 2014, the same year he also appeared in the HBO film The Normal Heart. Bomer joined the cast of American Horror Story in its 4th season (also 2014). Big screen appearances have included Flightplan, Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL, and The Magnificent Seven.
