Rebecca Alie Romijn (born November 6, 1972) is an actress and former fashion model. She graduated from Berkeley High School, in Berkeley, CA, in 1990, where she participated in drama. She is quoted in her senior yearbook as saying “It went faster than I had expected.” Romijn began modeling in 1991, appearing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, among other places. She hosted the MTV series House of Style from 1998 to 2000. Romijn is well known for her portrayal of Mystique in the movie X-Men (2000), a role she reprised for X2: X-Men United, X-Men: The Last Stand, and X-Men: First Class. She is also known for her starring role in the series The Librarians as well as her roles in the series Ugly Betty and Eastwick.
