Desmond Kevin Howard (born May 15, 1970) is a former professional football player with the National Football League. He graduated with the class of 1988 from St. Joseph High School in Cleveland, Ohio. In high school, Howard, who was nicknamed “Magic” by his senior class, was on the basketball, football, and track teams. After high school, Howard planned to attend the University of Michigan where he was awarded the Heisman Trophy. He went on to win a Super Bowl with the Greenbay Packers and was named the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player.
