Mario Francesco Batali (born September 19, 1960) is a chef and restaurateur. He attended Federal Way High School in Federal Way, WA. After studying in London, and a three year apprenticeship in Italy, Batali made his mark opening his first restaurant Pό which was a massive success, and lead to Batali getting own show on the Food Network, Molto Mario. He has gone on to open 14 restaurants across the country and internationally.
