Caitlyn Marie Jenner (born William Bruce Jenner; October 28, 1949) is a former professional athlete and television personality. She graduated with the class of 1968 from Newtown High School in Sandy Hook Connecticut. In high school, Jenner excelled in sports on the gymnastics, basketball, track, and football teams, setting a school record in the pole vault as a freshman. Jenner also sang on the chorus. Jenner is known for being a champion decathlon competitor, winning the gold at the 1976 Olympics with a record setting score that would stand for four years. Jenner later was back in the spotlight on the popular television show Keeping up with the Kardashians while married to Kris Jenner. She later appeared on her own mini-series I Am Cait.
