Matthew David McConaughey (born November 4, 1969) is an American actor and producer. He graduated with the class of 1988 from Longview High School in Longview, Texas. During high school, McConaughey was a member of the Key Club, Pan Am Club, and Yearbook Club. He was on the tennis team, golf team, and was voted “Most Handsome” by his senior class. McConaughey found fame after his appearance in the hit movie Dazed and Confused. Since then he has appeared in many well-known movies including, A Time to Kill, Contact, Amistad, and more recently, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Tropic Thunder, The Wolf of Wall Street, Dallas Buyers Club, and Interstellar.
