Carrie Ann Inaba (born January 5, 1968) is a television personality, dancer, singer, and actress. She is a 1986 graduate of Punahou School, in Honolulu, HI, where she participated in dance and choir. Inaba started out as a pop singer, developing a following in Tokyo during the years she lived there (1986-1988). Shortly after this, she returned to the U.S., becoming a Fly Girl dancer for In Living Color. Inaba, who is a versatile talent, also landed roles in both Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999) and Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002). She has appeared in other movies and television shows as well, often as a dancer. Inaba is best known for her work as a judge on Dancing With the Stars and has been a cast member since 2005. She has also choreographed for American Idol, The Swan, and the Miss America Pageant, among numerous other programs.
